This product was bought in addition to the Hely-Weber equivalent. I must say this product is noticeably more effective, but substantially less comfortable. I have been wearing this off and on for 3 weeks now, and am just now getting used to it. Set up is a bit tricky with the fastening system, but can be set up and put on with one person if you are patient with it. I have been wearing it under much of my normal clothing due to the low profile build, which is nice for avoiding awkward questions and conversations. This product is best worn with a shirt, as it can be abrasive to the arm pit area. Were I to choose between this and the Hely-Weber I would choose this one- I value it's support over the comfort factor the other.

Hard to buckle.

The points on the clasp are hard to work with. They stick and poke the one tighting the straps.
