Ossur Front Closure Clavicle Support Fitting Instructions:

First, position the foam insert so that it stands upright (vertically) on the felt pad. Then slide your arms through the straps. The felt pad should now be centered on your back with the foam insert laying between your shoulder blades. You can adjust the fit by simply pulling on the arm straps to tighten them. The arm pad should be fitting under the arm and also in front of the shoulder with the straps tight enough that they pull your shoulders back.

Reviews
Sturdy, good for posture
The product is high quality and well made. While it was originally ordered for a relative with a fractured collarbone, she lives alone and found it too difficult/painful to get on and off by herself despite it being a front closure style. Since I spend many hours a day on a computer, I decided to wear it instead in the hope that it would remind me to sit up straight. It is definitely helpful in this regard, but even though I keep the Velcro straps quite snug, the entire support tends to creep forward. I often find myself unconsciously grabbing the top of the shoulder straps and shifting them back into place. This could be because I measure on the dividing line of Small and Medium sizes. (I have the medium; small might fit better.) For small and medium-size people, it would be helpful if the wide, padded strap that goes under each arm could be reduced by about 1/2 inch because the unneeded width puts pressure on the axillary artery.
