HOW  DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Confirmation of orders and shipping information notices are sent to the email address you used to place the order. You can check on your order status by logging into your account from the home page (name & password from account creation required), communicating with us via our website's chat links, by emailing our customer care team at customerservice@dme-direct.com, or by phone 877-742-8784.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Professional business clients may place large size orders using PO and/or a check for payment.
CAN I USE MY HSA/FSA SPENDING ACCOUNT?
Yes - HSA and FSA credit cards are accepted by DME-Direct, and most of the products sold on the website should qualify. Please refer to your particular policy for specific questions or to verify coverage. 
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE FOR PAYMENT?
DME-Direct does not bill Insurance directly. Many of our products may be covered under your particular insurance policy and may be eligible for reimbursement. We recommend that you call your insurance carrier and ask what their re-imbursement rates are for out-of-network providers before making your purchase. DME-Direct products have codes and so that you can submit the claim to your insurance company. We have seen most patients will have purchases covered and reimbursed according to their plan's benefits.
WHERE DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
DME-Direct charges sales tax on California.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Your order begins to process as soon as it has been placed and confirmed. Contact our customer service team to change or cancel your order prior to shipment, . Note - most orders process quickly and enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
WHAT ARE THE WARRANTIES ON THESE PRODUCTS?
Most of our different brands of products have a limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Specific warranty information can be obtained from the manufacturers' websites. Normal wear and tear during the usage of a product is not considered a defect. Pictures and/or return of the product for inspection can and will be requested for all Warranty claims before a replacement item will be issued and is subject to each manufacturer's unique warranty terms and conditions.
