The Hely Weber Hinged Patella Stabilizer - Universal Tubular Buttress #3630H, 3630HPC provides ligament protection and fully customized patella stability according to the needs of the patient.  It features neoprene construction for supplying warmth and compression for your knee.  The product's wide, aluminum bi-axial hinges are designed to mimic your knee joint's natural motion while providing medial (inside aspect of the knee) and lateral (outside aspect of the knee) ligament protection.  The hinges slide into individual hinge pockets and can be easily removed for washing.  The Hely Weber Hinged Patella Stabilizer features a removable U shaped tubular buttress that can be positioned inside in any location to provide customized patella stabilization as needed.  The pull-up finger loops on the top assist with fitting and are well liked by individuals lacking finger dexterity or finger strength.  It comes in three versions to suit every need: Model #3630H features an oval cutout behind the knee, in what is called the popliteal space, to reduce bunching with deep bending of the knee; Model #3630HPC features a wraparound design the closes in the rear with velcro closures to accommodate the patella buttress located in the front.  The Hely Weber Hinged Patella Stabilizer - Universal Tubular Buttress model is well suited for patients with patellofemoral joint injuries along with ligament sprains or for athletes wanting added support while treating patella injuries resulting in anterior knee pain.
