The Medi Rx Knee Brace Under Sleeve provides medical grade compression and enhanced user comfort while wearing today's knees braces. The Knee Brace Under Sleeve is latex-free for greater user comfort and has a silicone top band to resist migration when used with all types of knee braces.

I'm using this with a Medi unloader and my brace doesn't slip or slide at all when I use my undersleeve. The silicone beads on the top are comfortable yet grip your thigh so the sleeve stays right where you want it.
