Aircast Pneumatic Armband – Elbow Brace for Tennis Elbow

$26.99 $18.99

The Aircast Pneumatic Armband is the original Aircast elbow brace for tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) and golfer’s elbow (medial epicondylitis) pain.  Unlike bulky braces that restrict the whole arm, this slim strap uses patented aircell technology to deliver focused compression directly to the forearm muscles where it's needed most.

By reducing stress at the tendon attachment near the elbow joint, the Aircast armband helps alleviate pain during activities like tennis, golf, lifting, typing, or yard work-all while maintaining circulation and freedom of motion.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Targeted Aircell Compression - A single, pre-inflated aircell applies gentle, pulsating pressure to the extensor or flexor muscles, reducing strain on injured tendons.

  • Relieves Tennis & Golfer's Elbow Pain - Effective support for lateral or medial epicondylitis, tendonitis, and overuse injuries.

  • Lightweight & Low Profile - Worn like a strap, not a full sleeve, so it fits easily under clothing and inside sports gear.

  • Breathable, Comfortable Fabric - Soft foam lining and breathable material keep the armband comfortable for all-day wear.

  • Universal & Adjustable Fit - One-size design with hook-and-loop closure fits forearms 8-14 inches in circumference; can be worn on left or right arm.

  • Latex- & Neoprene-Free - Safe for sensitive skin.

  • Colors: Beige or Black.

  • Recommended Manufacturer HCPC: L3700

How to Wear the Aircast Pneumatic Armband

  1. Place the strap around your forearm, 1-3 inches below the elbow joint.

  2. For tennis elbow: position the aircell over the extensor muscles on the outer forearm.

  3. For golfer's elbow: position the aircell over the flexor muscles on the inner forearm.

  4. Adjust the strap until snug but not overly tight.

  5. Wear during activities that trigger pain (sports, lifting, work tasks).
