1. Fill the cooler unit with ice and water.

2. Connect the blue tube to any Aircast Cryo/Cuff pad (sold separately).

3. Elevate the Aircast gravity cooler above the body part to allow the cold water to flow into the cuff.

4. Lower the cooler below the cuff to drain the warmed water back into the unit for rechilling.
