The Aircast AirSelect Elite Walking Boot delivers premium protection, comfort, and edema management for serious foot, ankle, and lower leg injuries. Designed for patients recovering from stable fractures, severe ankle sprains, or post-surgical procedures, the Elite combines a durable, semi-rigid shell with overlapping Duplex aircells for "total contact" compression. Lightweight and ventilated, the boot encourages a natural gait, supports mobility, and helps patients resume daily activity safely.

How It Works
The Airselect Elite uses Duplex aircell technology, with overlapping posterior and distal aircells combined with a pre-inflated front panel. When walking, air moves through the cells to create pulsating compression that reduces swelling and distributes pressure evenly across the foot and ankle. The integrated inflation system allows users to easily adjust aircell pressure for a precise, total-contact fit without requiring a separate hand pump.
