The Orthomerica Sarmiento Brace Kit is used to treat mid-shaft diaphyseal humeral fractures. The kits includes a Sarmiento brace, two socks, and a padded arm sling for patient comfort. The brace limits distal migration and provides therapeutic compression for proper healing. Shoulder range of motion is not limited with this type of brace. The Sarmiento model is a universal design that fits left or right and comes in five sizes.
