Good purchase, seams to help
The splint seems to be made well and the straps do a very good job of keeping your foot positioned inside. Plus the wedge puts your foot in a greater stretch position to really help.

Recieved the same through Amazon - was covered with pet hair.
I purchased the same "new" splint through Amazon and it arrived covered with pet hair and so I returned it. I turned around a bought the splint here through DME-Direct - it arrived with the actual mamnufacturer stickers on the outside of the package and it was sealed and unused. I'll never buy one of these from Amazon's site again.

Procare Prowedge Night Splint
I have been experiencing pain in the bottom of my heel for five months because of Plantar Fasciitis. Although using ice packs has helped somewhat, this night splint has been a blessing. The pain has been greatley reduced while wearing it in bed. It wasn't that difficult to get used to.

I found this splint/boot works very well
I have suffered from plantar fasciitis on and off for several years which has caused arch pain and heel pain which made getting out of bed very painful. After researching online, I came across this boot and decided to give it a try. After just one night of use, I was able to walk to the bathroom the following moring with no heel pain for the first time in about a month. I wear a women's size 9 shoe, and I purchased the medium boot, which fit precisely. You need to adjust and tighten the straps to get it to fit correctly. It is a boot and it is slightly bulky, but yes it works.

Good design but bulky
This splint was heavy and bulky in my opinion. No matter how tight I tightened the straps it did not stay on my foot. Was able to return easily.
