X Marks The Spot. The McDavid Knee Brace with Polycentric Hinges and Cross Straps 429X provides maximum Level 3 support and medial lateral and rotational protection for knee collateral ligaments. The McDavid 429X features standard geared polycentric hinges that mimic the movement of the knee with less restriction providing the needed knee reinforcement for athletes that have had major knee injuries. Elastic crossing straps enhance compression and ensure a snug fit. Suitable for sports including baseball, basketball, football, lacrosse, running and injury recovery.
