The Hely Weber Sling and Swathe Universal (#523) provides soft padded immobilization for men and women. The swathe features an elastic insert in the rear to provide a more snug and comfortable feeling when wrapped around the body. The sling portion features straps that crisscross in the back to take stress off of your shoulders, and is wide enough to provide support for both your wrist and hand for a truly custom fit. It can be used to treat rotator cuff injuries, shoulder sprains, acute dislocations and subluxations.

I was reading the reviews on this product and it sound good. I bought this for mom mother who fractured her shoulder in a car accident two years ago. She likes this brand and says it feels better against her skin. It was easy to fit and seems to provide her support so she's not in so much pain. She wears it all day to keep her arm at her body for comfort.

I've have three different sling and swathes for an old shoulder injury. I've tried the Ossur and the Breg styles and like the Hely and Weber Sling and Swathe much better. It has a thicker, nicer fabric in it that is more comfortable and supportive than most. It's doesn't pull on your neck and doesn't make your arm sweat inside which I like. I use these everyday and I buy them in pairs - they last about a year.
