The Hely Weber Basic Knee Sleeve (#24100, #24105, #3605) provides the perfect blend of support and comfort. The 1/8” (3mm) Neoprene with 2-sided nylon outer covering provides compression and warmth. The Hely and Weber knee sleeve comes in three styles featuring a combination of open/closed patella styles an open or closed popliteal cutout behind the knee to reduce bunching up with deep bending of the knee. Mauser stitching is used along with a melco tape overlay on the seams to provide more comfortable and durable seams that resist fraying with daily use. No other manufacturer today uses this old world type of stitching technique on their products. The Hely Weber Basic Knee Sleeve provides support and compression for arthritis and mild sprains/strains. Choose open/closed back (popliteal) variation for enhanced comfort.

Unfortunately, the sleeve ran a little tight and I had to return it. I will definitely go back to your site and see if I can find one that looks a little larger.

Finally I got my knee feeling secure with the sleeve's warmth and compression. It doesn't take all of my arthritis knee pain away but I can walk without it buckling on me which was the main problem before.

This product arrived on time and in good condition. Also it was very easy to order. This sleeve gives me more compression than I have had before, so I am not as flexible as I have been when wearing other sleeves. but I would rather have more compression than damage my knee.

I've used many sleeves for my arthritic knee over the years and a fellow golfer turned me onto this brand a few years ago. They've use a better neoprene that doesn't stretch out of shape over many months. I use the 24100 model for outside yard work and whenever I play golf. I would recommend this sleeve any day.
