Does a good job to support the kneecap. I've been using Breg braces in the past and they've held up well so I knew this would be a good brace for my patella knee pain. I trimmed the buttress just a little to provide support around the front. Sizing chart was correct and the Large fit my size knee and shape perfectly. I use this outdoors mainly with yard work or for long walks with my wife.

This brace has an easy pull up design. The compression really helps with the swelling around my knee cap. Great customer service, they helped me find the right size.
