The Bledsoe J Walker is one of the most economical boot designs. It features a strong, aluminum shell design along with a foam innersole that cushions the foot during ambulation. The full length bootie-style liner provides support and completely encloses the foot and lower leg. The boot's computer-designed, low rocker bottom sole reduces stress on the knee and hip while walking. Pivoting forefoot straps help ensure proper support with every step.

Bledsoe J Walker Features:

  • Aluminum shell for lightweight fracture protection.
  • Full length bootie liner design.
  • Rocker bottom sole design for easier walking.
  • Malleable aluminum uprights for proper lower leg and ankle support.
  • Able to accommodate dressings and bandages with ease.
  • Swiveling straps for a precise fit around the forefoot.
  • Available in standard vs. wide widths (uncommonly ordered) and with pneumatic air bladder design for a better fit.
  • Available in five sizes - please see our sizing chart tab above for important sizing information.

Reviews
Great CAM Walker
Light and easy to use. I like the air bladder for ankle because it makes it fit better.

Great boot
I had turf toe surgery done on both of my feet at the same time and these were the boots I had found on my feet when I woke up from the procedure. It has been three weeks wearing them 24/7 and according to the surgeon another five more to go before I begin the process to transition to normal shoes. The J walker boots keep the feet snug and compressed and provides a sense of mental relief the feet are protected from the bumps and stuff that may cause pain to the feet -- which sends a shiver down my spine thinking of it. The boots come with a bladder to help increase or decrease the snugness. The five Velcro straps can be adjusted accordingly to help find that special sweet spot the feet crave at the time -- whether it is more compression or free feeling. Due to my injury, I am having to walk on the back and sides of the boots. It is doable but can be draining in the process; otherwise, I would be stuck at home pacing the floors. I have no confidence whatsoever at this time walking on grass, uneven floors, or where there is a grade elevation change (like the crown of a road or a ramp). Maybe with time and repetition I can overcome some of these obstacles.
