How It Works

1. Fill the Cooler: Add cold water up to the indicated line, then add ice to the fill line.

2. Apply the Cuff: Center the cuff over your back, hip, or rib area and secure the adjustable straps.

3. Connect the Tubing: Attach the blue tube between the cooler and cuff.

4. Start Circulation:

   • For the gravity-fed system, raise the cooler 12-15 inches above the cuff to allow chilled water to flow in.

5. Re-chill as Needed: Lower the cooler to drain the cuff and repeat to maintain consistent cold therapy.
