I have herniated discs at L3-L4 and L4-L5 and use this same model at home for my injury. It's as close as you can get to the quality of lumbar traction you get at the doctor's office. Mine arrived in three days and I use mine every other day to relieve my pain.

Insurance reimbursed me for this based on the receipt from dme direct and the Doctor’s prescription. After diligent use of it, the “severe” pain is gone, so I am aiming to "kick" the pain med habit (starting today?). Best part of the Saunders - no creepy side effects! My whole family thanks you guys over there...
