Love this ice therapy machine!

My husband had knee surgery and this was like a lifesaver! He pretty much kept it on 24 hours a day which helped with pain and swelling. He continues to use it if his knee aches after working all day. I would highly recommend this product!

Easy

Really like the product. A lot easier and cleaner than ice or peas for my shoulder. Stays cold for a very long time. And, I can work on my computer, watch TV or take a nap. For some reason, I incorrectly received a size small shoulder pad instead of the regular size pad I ordered. And, DME Direct quickly and with no hassle sent me a regular size shoulder pad and a shipping label to return the small one. Because of this, I would definitely order again.

Very nice machine

My wife has recently had knee replacement surgery and this machine is a life saver. We were told about this machine from a good friend that had the same surgery and it worked very well for him.

Works well

I love the clear container. Makes it easy to see if the ice is melted etc. The shoulder pad was easy to adjust to make fit just right. Lived in this thing for three weeks after surgery. Made a huge difference.

On the mend

We had borrowed a friend's unit for my father in law's knee replacement recovery. We soon learned that it had many healing uses. From our family athlete skin splint recovery to shoulder and back healing.
So much better than an old fashion ice pack. This cold therapy gets the cold to a pinpoint location. Highly recommended!

Doctor recommended for recovery

I bought this Iceman3 for my knee replacement and started using it as soon as I got home from the hospital. My knee swelling started to come down after the very first day using it. My friends have all seen it and theya re amazed. I saw my doctor for a checkup yesterday and he said to keep on using it. It uses a lot of ice so make sure you have a lot of extra ice on hand.

I was not sure which device to get and discussed the all of the Donjoy coolers with the DME-Direct custom service agent. She knew about all of the machines and they're subtle differences. She explained that it would be less than renting which the doctor's wanted to do. I pruchased the Iceman and a shoulder pad for my shoulder decompression and it has truly helped.T I could not have made the right choice if it were not for your help. Five stars for customer service.

Has been a life saver after knee surgery

I knee surgery for a torn MCL and have been using this unit as part of my recovery process. The device has helped lower my pain and I think the healing is taking place much faster as well. Thanks to this iceman clear I'm taking less in the way of pain medication too.

Works really well for my post-op pain

I'm using this for the pain after a rotator cuff surgery 3 weeks ago. After the first week of use the pain and swelling improved and I have been able to use less pain meds. I plan to use the cold therapy all the way up to finishing with physical therapy.
