Thuasne PediWalker Pediatric Walking Boot

$109.99 $89.99

The Thuasne PediWalker (also known as the Townsend PediWalker or LigaStep Pedi Walker) is a high-performance pediatric CAM walker designed to provide maximum immobilization for children’s foot and ankle injuries. Engineered as a lightweight yet durable alternative to traditional casting, this boot is the preferred choice for clinicians treating active children who require high-stability support.

With its rigid plastic uprights and metal reinforcement inserts, the PediWalker offers superior protection for stable fractures and post-operative recovery, ensuring the injured limb remains secure while the child maintains mobility.

Thuasne PediWalker Key Features & Clinical Benefits

  • Maximum Stability: Features lightweight, conformable plastic uprights reinforced with metal inserts for rigid immobilization that resists bending and torque.

  • Natural Gait Mechanics: Equipped with a reinforced composite rocker bottom and a low-profile, non-slip tread that facilitates a near-normal walking pattern.

  • Patient-Friendly Design: The open-toe construction and lightweight frame reduce fatigue, making it easier for children to return to daily activities like school.

  • Easy Care & Hygiene: Includes a plush, removable and washable inner liner to maintain skin health and prevent odors during long-term recovery.

  • Fits Right and Left foot.
  • Simple Application: Integrated high-strength Velcro strapping allows for quick adjustments and a tailored fit by parents or clinicians.

  • Available in three sizes: See Size and Fit tab for sizing chart and measurement/fit help.
