How to Wear the Mueller Lumbar Back Brace
To ensure proper lumbar stabilization and comfort, follow these application steps:
- Center the lumbar pad on the interior fabric of the brace.
- Fully release the outer elastic tension straps.
- Wrap the main wide elastic band around your lower back and secure the Velcro in the front.
- Pull the left outer strap and fasten it to the main band.
- Pull the right outer strap over the top and secure it for final, personalized compression.
