The shirt is designed with a thick integrated Hexpad section that extends from the upper back all the way down to your tail bone and then flares outward over your kidneys to provide maximum protection from falls. The collar has been designed with a mock neck along with an integrated zipper garage to prevent the zipper from irritating your chin during activity. The McDavid Youth Gravity Vest with 14mm Hexpad is made from a combination of 80% nylon/20% spandex for a comfortable fit that provides compression while moving with instead of against your body. It's specially treated with McDavid's unique HydroVent application which draws perspiration away from your skin and across the fabric for fast and efficient evaporation for even temperature control. The vest is ideal for use with layering and is squarely suited for gravity sports including snowboarding and much more.
