The McDavid 207 Thermal Shoulder Wrap with gel packs features a pocket inside for the gels that protects your skin from excessive cold or heat. Simply slide the gel inside and forget about it while the other one is stored in your freezer for it's next application. Simply tighten the wrap's torso strap and bicep velcro closure strips to apply additional compression to drive the cold/heat down into your shoulder. The slimline design fits up to a 54" chest circumference and can be worn on top of or underneath clothing for ease of use at home, work, or after practice. It can be positioned on top of the shoulder for separations or pulled down over the outside deltoid area for treating rotator cuff injuries.
