Its reinforced under the heel for greater durability and has a three dimensional knit made fro nylon, spandex, elasthan, and silicone to provide effective graduated compression. Jobst Relief Thigh High 30-40 features a unisex design that can be worn by both men and women. quality and efficacy at a affordable price. Although this model does not feature a silicone top band per say, it does very well staying in place because of the silicone composition within the fabric itself. The product comes standard in a beige color with a closed toe design for use in treating chronic venous insufficiency, lymphadema, and more.
