Hernia Products Return Policy - Keeping You Clean And Safe:

Hernia products can make a big difference in your pain and function.  Our sizing charts are taken right from the manufacturer to ensure a proper fit.  Due to sanitary medical reason, we cannot accept returns of any hernia products.   DME-Direct makes the assumption that once a hernia product has left our facility, it has been used.  Because UPS allows its customers up to one week to technically "refuse" a package, DME-Direct cannot verify whether a product has or has not been used.  Therefore, any "UPS refusal", and or general customer return, will be sent back to the customer.  All sales of hernia products are final.  Please contact DME-Direct (877-721-7701) with questions or comments regarding our cold therapy return policy.
