DeRoyal Ultralign+ and Ultralign TLSO Accessories
We offer the full line of accessories for the ultralign+ lumbar sacral and thoracic LSO from DeRoyal. The TLSO should be outfitted with either a Sternal Pad Kit or a Dorsal Lumbar Extension. For Bariatric patients, the size XXL corset can be expanded by adding extension panels. These panels come in pairs and in two widths: 3 1/2" width and 5 1/2" width. Choose a set of 3 1/2" extension panels to gain up to 7" more circumferential waist measurement; Choose a set of 5 1/2" extension panels to accommodate up to 11" more room in the waist/hip area.
Dorsal Lumbar Extension (UDLE) - This creates a high degree of thoracic spine immobilization. It secures to the back of the brace and over the shoulder and under the arm and is considered a "backpack" style, appropriate for all day use. Like a backpack, the chest area is not covered, but the upper back is.
Sternal Pad Kit (USPK) - When added to the TLSO, this provides the highest degree of thoracic spine immobilization. The malleable aluminum post allows the practitioner the ability to customize the positioning of the pad against your sternum (upper chest area). The post is also height adjustable (it screws into the anterior panel once you've measured the height) and padded for comfort.
3 1/2"Extension Panels (UEP2031) - Heavy-set individuals that can not fit in the XXL corset can use this set of two 3.5 inch extension panels to add seven inches to the circumference of the waist area.
5 1/2"Extension Panels (UEP2051) - Bariatric patients can use this 2-piece set to extend the XXL corset by 11 inches in the waist.
DeRoyal Ultralign+ and/or Ultralign+ TLSO braces are indicated for Post-operative lumbar fusion, Laminectomy/ Discectomy, Lumbar Compression Fractures, Degenerative Disc Disease, Osteoporosis, Spondylolisthesis, Spondylolysis, Spinal Stenosis and Facet Syndrome.
