The DeRoyal DERMANET Ag+ Antimicrobial Wound Contact Layer is a primary dressing comprised of silver, alginate, maltodextrin and dermanet to fight a broad spectrum of bacteria and infections. Dermanet offers immediate and long-lasting protection from extremely harmful wound pathogens like MRSA (Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus), E. Coli, and others. The antimicrobial activity lasts for up to five days.
