The Darco PTQ PegAssist Offloading Insoles are designed to fit inside post-op shoes and walkers to provide effective plantar pressure redistribution. These insoles use a multi-peg system that allows clinicians or users to remove specific pegs in order to offload pressure directly beneath ulcers, wounds, or surgical sites-while maintaining stability across the rest of the footbed.
