The product features neoprene construction with an adjustable C-shaped buttress that's textured to hug your skin for a great pull. The straps can be adjusted to control the location and the amount of compression being applied to control patella tracking. The Corflex Knee-O-Trakker with Hinge has low profile, high density, plastic hinges on the sides to help enhance knee stability for more effective stabilization from the buttress component.
