Aircast Cryo Cuff Knee System (Gravity-Fed Cold Therapy)
The Aircast Cryo Cuff Knee delivers a proven combination of cold and compression therapy to minimize pain, swelling, and hemarthrosis after knee surgical procedures, ligament injuries, or trauma. Designed for simplicity, the gravity-fed Cryo/Cuff system provides targeted relief without electricity or complicated controls - making it ideal for at-home recovery. This is the best Cryo Cuff for knee replacement, knee surgery, ACL reconstruction recovery, and much more.
How The Knee Cryo Cuff Works
The system uses three components - a 4-liter insulated cooler, a flexible knee cuff, and a connecting tube - to circulate chilled water evenly around the knee joint.
-
Fill the cooler with ice and water.
-
Wrap the cuff securely around your knee.
-
Raise the cooler above knee level to fill the cuff with cold water.
-
Lower it to drain and recirculate as needed.
This process provides up to 8 hours of consistent cold therapy, helping manage post-operative pain and reduce inflammation naturally.
