The 3x10=0 Full Extension Knee Board is designed for the patient who lacks passive extension of the knee following ACL reconstruction, total knee replacement, knee surgery, and/or trauma. The 3x10=0 extension knee brace allows patients to regain full extension through consistent use of the product three times daily for 10 minute sessions. Patients cinch up two straps, one above and one below the knee joint to create a straightening force that stretches out the soft tissues to help regain the ability to straighten out their knee again. The splint is effective and economical at the same time. The straps are fully adjustable and can be loosened easily for a more comfortable stretch.
