Had two of the vinyl ice packs already that I've been using for years. Bought two more for those extreme episodes. This time I bought the polyurethane ones. I like the material better than the vinyl. Great product.

Product works very well to conforming to the part of the body which you are trying to treat by cooling and lasts longer than needed. Very similar product/construction as item used at a commercial physical therapy center. Would buy again!!!!

I’m pleased with my order of the extra long back pack, and the shoulder pack. The small ones are a tad too small for the knees. I have ordered the ble-colored ice packs in the past & unfortunately, after a small space of time they started to leak at the seams. I’m hoping these new black-colored ones do not do this.

Pain Relief

Good Product

I always have my ColPac in the freezer ready to use on my knee. It conforms to the body part in pain and provides instant relief. I buy the black, polyurethane as it is more flexible and durable than the blue vinyl. It costs a little more but is well worth it. I have more than one so it is always ready when I need it. The cold lasts a long time and is easily wiped down after use.

Excellent product, highly recommend

I've always hated to use ice packs - they are clunky and almost hurt. This pack is sort of soft yet firm and molds to your contour. And the initial "shock" of the cold does not seem as harsh to me as ice in a bag. I almost like to use ice now.

Love the ice pack, but I would like to purchase a cover for it and I couldn't find one on your site. Think it should come with one or at least have a selection of one or two covers that could be purchased .

I bought the quarter size vinyl #1504 and have been using it for my ankle and wrists. I checked numerous places online. DME-Direct had this in stock whereas many others actually sold it but didn't have it in stock

Good product

These packs are a great size and they are pliable so that I can fold them or sit on them or whatever I need to do to hit the spot. Consequently, since I have been using them an injury sustained nearly 2 years ago is finally easing. Very glad I finally took the time to buy the right thing. I wish they stayed colder longer. I am glad I bought 2 of them. They stay cold forever but not ice cold.
