Excellent product
The Bledsoe unit with shoulder pad provided almost complete relief from pain after my recent rotator cuff repair. The ice lasted for several hours and the pad was very comfortable. The only issue I had is that having the connector on the side of my injured arm made it very difficult to connect and disconnect by myself.

Excellent customer service
5 stars across the board! I called customer service and within 15 min my B Mini cold therapy unit was on a UPS truck headed to me. I had a total knee replacement and seriously don't know what I would do without this unit. Would definitely recommend the unit and DME as a company.. Thanks guys!

Perfect
I have been using the cold therapy device now for about two weeks and love. It's very quiet and lasts for many hours before I need to refill it with ice. I use mine for 10+ hours everyday and it has done a wonderful job at relieving my pain.

Reliable, Compact - lovin' it!
This ice machine is a great little device! Its reliable and pretty compact so its easy to take to work with me if the ankle starts swelling too much. (I am back to work after a bad twisted ankle and part of my job requires standing while talking with customers. I have this in my locker so that on my 10 minute breaks I can elevate and ice, and I also use it at lunch).
