The Original McKenzie® Lumbar Roll™ - Standard, is the top-selling lumbar cushion for use in the car, at the office, or for use with any seat that doesn't provide adequate lumbar support like office chairs and car seats. It features a non-wrinkle, moisture-wicking, 100% polyester removable cover, and includes a built-in strap that secures the lumbar roll to the back of a chair and can even be used around the waist. McKenzie lumbar rolls, by OPTP are more supportive, will not lose their supportive qualities as quickly, and will offer more consistent support longer than the other lumbar rolls.

Really love these! I have one in the car and one on my office chair. I have lower back pain and this makes sitting long periods of time way less painful.

When I first started using the Mckenzie Lumbar Roll I found myself fighting with it because it was extremely firm. I also found it difficult to use on the metro because of the train jerks around so much. However, my physical therapist checked it out and said it was a really good lumbar roll and since then I have found it to be very helpful for my back.
