The McDavid 426 Hinged Knee Brace is a mid-level knee support designed to provide a moderate degree of protection with its simple design. It features 3/16 inch thick neoprene to maintain therapeutic warmth around the knee, and has a simple hinge design to help provide additional protection and support. The McDavid 426 design applies compression around the knee, and has a sewn in patella buttress to take the pressure off of the kneecap. This model can be used for general protection against injuries, and supplies therapeutic warmth for the knee.

The McDavid 426 is comfortable and provides support with my golfing activities. I wear it 2-3x a week. Provides a good fit and doesn't slide down as much as other ones I've used before. I would purchase this model again.
