The Bauerfeind EpiPoint Elbow Strap has stabilizing support to relieve tendon pain such as tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, and arthritis. The knitted design features a visco-elastic pressure cushion that can help relieve pressure on the soft tissue tendon attachments with targeted compression to the lateral insertion point. The Bauerfeind's EpiPoint supports the forearm and has a special knit that's adjustable for targeting compression. Its integral elastic pressure cushion (pad) relieves pressure on the tendon attachments at precisely the right points.Lightweight pile material with terrycloth lining absorbs perspiration so you can experience full relief in comfort with the EpiPoint. A special red warning section indicates if the strap has been pulled too tightly and if the pressure is therefore too strong. The brace can be worn on either the left or the right arm.

 Bauerfeind EpiPoint  Epipoint

Your ACE for tennis elbow: The EpiPoint elbow support fastens easily with a velcro strap around the forearm. The elastic band exerts compression  for targeted relief. The visco-elastic pad nubbed zones provide massage affect to the arm muscle to relieve pressure on the tendon attachments. This helps stimulate healing and helps ease arm pain.

The pad can be rotated around the central axis and refastened easily so EpiPoint can be worn on either the left or the right forearm. The small red indicator indicates when excessive pressure is being applied. The terrycloth lining enables the strap be worn under a sweater or a shirt.

Reviews
Solid product
Have used this brace for years to support and minimize tennis elbow. It's in the upper echelon of such braces.

My friend suggested this support...
Suggested by my friend who is also a physician. She recommended the Bauerfeind the Bauerfeind tennis elbow support in conjunction with using ice and the two helped me get over the pain in about two weeks.

Great for tennis
I use this Bauerfeind tennis elbow brace when my elbow starts to ache after playing doubles mostly. It's comfortable and does a good job.

Like it a lot
Like it a lot, mainly because I can adjust it in the moment, something that's important when playing tennis. The "Epi-point" also allows for targeting an area, such as a sore muscle or tendon. Essentially does what a perfect taping job might do. This Bauerfeind Strap has help my pain by 50% so far.

Giving it four Stars
This is a pretty pricey band which I was willing to forgive if it worked. The problem is that it slips. A lot. I cannot seem to find the right tension to keep it in place, and boy have I tried. And that's a big problem for the price. If not for this issue, this band would probably have been my favorite as it has a great pressure point and is extremely comfortable. I've bought about a dozen elbow straps over the past several weeks and very few have been up to par (pun somewhat intended for you medial/golfer's elbow types).

As you can tell, I'm not the biggest fan of these monstrosities. For the life of me, I cannot figure out why the majority of elbow straps are freakishly huge and thick when all you need is a small area of pressure, but whatever. They're better than nothing.

Better than the old one
I prefer the older style with three finger tips applying pressure from a compression standpoint. This one has a better strap to hold it snug though and it seems like it's more durable.

Not Sure if it's working
The first strap did not work and they sent me a new one fast with no problem. I am not sure if the second one is working also. I am going to talk to my doctor in a couple weeks to see what he thinks.

Worth every penny
Works much better than the compression band that was given to me in the Dr. office. It is a lot more comfortable to wear all day too..

Well engineered product
It's a well-engineered product, but very expensive compared to similar straps on the market used for the same thing. I was confused about to how to place the left or right rotating pads for use in treating medial versus lateral epicondylitis. The instructions should be easier in explaining exactly how to set the rotatable pads up, and in which direction the strap should be adjusted to treat each type of condition.

Best for Tennis elbow
This is the BEST brace for golf or tennis elbow. Can't beat the terrycloth for comfort. My elbow hurts occasionally from playing doubles tennis and I use this band to help take away the pain. Does the job.

Three Stars
It's okay, but slips down when I get it sweaty inside. Prefer the one I bought at Walmart for $10.

Works for me very well
I believe this strap is designed for tennis elbow and therefore any vague instructions are geared for compression on the outside of the arm. I reversed everything to use it for golfers elbow. Worked well for tree pruning project with heavy arborist pole saw. Pulling motion was too much for elbows. Not really believing this would help, I decided to try it. Figured it was worth a try since I couldn’t continue anyway. Also I didn’t know for sure how to put it on since it didn’t come with any instructions other an elaborate multi language disclaimer booklet. I put it on and pain was gone! Couldn’t believe it. No pain afterward either. Later, Google helped me find this information on where to put the strap and the mechanics of how it works: "The strap should be placed around 2.5 cm distal to the lateral epicondyle”. Turns out, I had the strap too close to the elbow.

Didn't help my elbow
I’ve been dealing with moderate to severe medial epicondylitis or “golfers elbow” for 4 months now. Both elbows are affected – more pronounced in left (I’m left handed). As my elbow pain became a very persistent problem, I decided to find a “fix”. I used this for 3 months every day and it did not help my condition. Good quality product but it just din't work for me.

Golf Strokes
I suffer from golfers elbow. I am lucky to be in retirement and play golf 3 times a week. But I suffer from major soreness in my arm just below my elbow. This little baby has done wonders for the pain and I even shoot a couple of strokes better.
