The ViscoHeel K from Bauerfeind is more than just a typical heel insert.  This heel cushion is designed with a slope towards one side to help correct either a varus or a valgus allignment at the heel which in turn can help reduce knee and hip pain further up the body.  They do not have a marked side for use so they can be used on either the right or left foot.  The ViscoHeel K is made out of a medical grade silicone for superior shock absorbtion quality and are manufactured in Germany for excellent quality control.  The material does not callapse down with daily use and can tolerate excessive body weight  equally well.  They are sold as pair and can be used inside dress shoes and sneakers.  The ViscoHeel K can be used to help to treat foot and ankle pain, as well as, arthitis knee pain.

ViscoHeel K Features:

• In the ViscoHeel K version the surface of the pad slopes downward on one side to act as a medial or lateral wedge to help with excessive suppination or pronation at the heel.
• No definite left or right so raised part can be placed toward the inside or outside of the shoe, depending on the treatment needed.
• Medical grade viscoelastic heel cushions reduce shock load to the joints and vertebral column.
• Comfortable and long lasting.
