Having a backup ice sheet in the freezer is a good idea. At first I thought that I'd save a few dollars by not getting the extra one, but then I soon realized that I use this so often that its worth the money to get that convenience! I use mine at home and at work and switch the extra ice pack so I can ice more frequently. Very good product.

I have 2 extra ice sheets so that I can constantly rotate them in and out of the freezer. I let a co-worker borrow the knee wrap, and now he has gotten one of his own. Great invention - so simple, so effective :)
