The Surgical Shoe provides your foot with the type of support and footbed necessary for proper healing after foot surgery.  This model features a squared off front toe design to give your toes maximum protection against bumping  into walls etc.  The special forefoot closure is designed to accommodate bandages and dressing without restricting normal movement.  The surgical shoe has a firm rigid shank throughout the metatarsal region to reduce unnecessary forefoot pressures.  The ankle strap is adjustable and very comfortable against the skin.  The surgical shoe also has a removable insole that features twice the padding of more traditional styled products.  With this model your foot will be safe and sound and will provide a comfortable footbed for your recovery and transition into a normal shoe later.  NOTE: Websites that sell this product for less may be selling  "blemished" or old stock  (2+ years) with old foams, glues, and resins.  They may also have your order dropshipped from the manufacturer resulting in shipping delays.  We warehouse only new stock direct from the manufacturer.  Buyer beware.
