The DeRoyal Sports Ankle Brace is designed to protect athletes from ankle sprains and mimics parts of an athletic tape job with a figure-8 strapping configuration, in conjunction with medial and lateral stirrup straps for extra support. This model places the foot in a slightly everted position for maximum ankle stability during sports. The Sports Ankle Brace provides a more custom fit than a typical hook and a loop closure ankle brace styles, and provides excellent comfort with everyday use. It has a quick lacing eyelet system and Velcro closures on the ankle straps for quick adjustments while inside a shoe. The nylon construction provides excellent support while the outside straps augment the natural function of the ligaments on the outside of the ankle - a winner for any athletic activity.
