The Bird And Cronin Velpeau Shoulder Immobilizer is an affordable model made of cotton for breathability.  This model can be used after an initial injury or surgery to protect your shoulder from being bumped or moved.  The waist strap is adjustable just with standard hook and loop fasteners while the padded shoulder strap can easily adjust with O-ring adjuster.  You can wash the shoulder immobilizer with warm water for easy care.  The Velpeau is latex free for anyone with skin sensitivities.
