It features a low profile neoprene design that's easy to slip your thumb into followed with a wrap around the base of your wrist. It's internal padded stay creates support without the rigidity of a formal metal stay design which patients appreciate. It's supportive and provides compression, but not overly rigid. The CMC Thumb Support is a great splint choice for treating basal joint arthritis, Blackberry thumb, and overuse injuries.
