The Royce Medical AirForm Inflatable Back Brace uses an inflatable air bladder system to provide a customized fit and a tailored amount of focussed compression in the lumbar region of the back. The inflatable back support has an adjustable air bladder pneumatic system  designed to provide enhanced support in the lower back. The Airform air back brace features mesh panels with ventilation holes to increase breathability and enhance overall comfort. This adjustable air back support has an overlapping double pull strap design, compared to typical inflatable back support designs. These straps provide additional support to the lumbar and abdominal areas. Flexible stays in the back provide optimum stabilization in the lumbar area, and rubber gripper strips sewn into each inflatable back brace eliminate the inflatable back brace from moving out of the correct position.
