    I saw all the mcdavid waist trimmer reviews online from all the haters as well as all of the lovers and I have to say ...it's pretty good, really! It definitely provides support but the compression did help me use more of my abdominal muscles. Maybe because I was sucking in my stomach. But after 8 weeks my tummy does look flatter. Not bad at all!

    When I did warehouse work, my back brace retained a lot of heat around my waist. Progressively, I noticed a loss in fat and water-weight around the area that was compressed. After I left that job for a desk job, the fat and water-weight started to creep up and I remembered how the back brace had worked with heat and compression to help reduce said fat, so with some research, I came across this product. Does exactly the same thing and then some. I tend to be an active person outside of work, but regardless, belly and back fat is the hardest to eliminate. Thanks to this product, the elimination is almost effortless thanks to the quality and mobility of the product. Would definitely recommend for any active person with some extra around the mid-section.
