Comfortable Wrap

Purchased the large/xlarge model. I'm 5'6" 140 waist 33. I have about a foot of extra material to wrap around my waist and lumbar region. Little bit less when I move it up to mid back. So no problem with sizing. Moving the wrap is problematic sometimes. Only one small strip of velcro in the middle of the pouch secures it to the wrap. A strip of velcro on each corner would be an improvement. Also, unless you perfectly position the sticky velcro end of the wrap, it can irritate the skin. A slightly smaller portion of sticky velcro with a larger border would be an improvement. I use the Chattanooga ice packs in the pouch. Their a little longer than the pouch but the width is perfect.

It's ok but the gels tend to warm up quickly.

Gives me heat or ice for my back

Doctors want to perform surgery on my back but I use this heated back wrap and I'm able to get through the day with less pain and stiffness. If it gets really bad I just use it for cold instead. Has definitely helped postpone having surgery.

Easy to use, interchangeable with other icepacks so you always have a cold one. Great as you can position the pack in the pouch to exactly where you need it and it stays put. The last one you'll ever need to buy.

Stays in place

This ice/heat pack is going to stay on and stay in place no matter what you do. Love it.

Active back wrap

Thank you for a great product that offers both hot and cold. I have sciatica and I'm currently in physical therapy. The back wrap is a blessing because it stays in place when I sit, lay down, or walk around. I definitely don't have any negative comments.

Great product

Due to a chronic ailing lower back, I have found that ice in addition to specific exercises has helped tremendously in keeping the inflammation in my lower back at a reasonable level. The ActiveWrap Back product is a great way for me to apply cold therapy to my back, and still allow me to be somewhat mobile. The wrap's size is great as it's not overly bulky and restrictive in my movement. The ice packs stay very cold for a good period of time, allowing me to get the most out my 'cooling' session. I like how easy it is to attach and remove the ice packs. A very comfortable, effective product. Would definitely recommend.

Just What I wanted

This is exactly what I wanted. Something to keep ice alternating with heat on my back whether I am laying down or upright. I love the long length of velcro that allows either me or my husband to use this!

Too Cold

Although it did provide cold to the back effectively, it was so cold that is was painful...in a matter of a few minutes I had to take it off. Placing the ice between two layers of fabric would be far more comfortable. I'm returning it.
