  • Exceptional service

I was very impressed with their service. I called asking about the delivery date, and they were more than willing to expedite my order so I would have it before I left for a trip.

  • Relief

The Freestyle brace took some getting used to (I've used the Breg PTO for years). I'm loving the freedom to move around and kneel down again. At first, it didn't seem like it was going to give me the support that I was used to, but it keeps my knee from going out and hyperextending. I work 76 hours a week and it's so lightweight that I don't know that it's even on. I highly recommend the Freestyle for anyone who has a torn lateral with fluid on the knee.

  • Great savings

I went to a local orthopedic brace shop and they wanted $1140 for the same brace I purchased from DME-Direct for $485. Quick delivery and accurate order. Brace works as advertised.

  • Not sure if it's helping

I bought the Breg Freestyle OA lateral on my physician's advice and have been wearing it for 3 weeks. I need my time to tell if it's working or not - I will give you an update shortly.

  • This is a lightweight for me

I have been using the medial OA version for two weeks now and I have noticed an improvement in my knee. The Freestyle OA has numbered straps and that makes putting it on easier for me and my arthritic hands.

  • Stays in place

My last brace lasted 3-4 years and I wore it practically everyday. I just got a replacement and one for my other knee. They have silicone beading inside that grabs onto the skin and helps them stay in place - good design.

  • Didn't help my knee

Didn't help my knee. I will need surgery probably.

  • Helps with my walking

My doctor recommended this for my arthritis. I still hike and I'm able to be more active with my kids with it on. Sizing was accurate as well.

  • Good for mild pain

The brace is good if you have only mild pain. My arthritis is more advanced bone on bone so I had to send this one back to DME for a stronger brace to off load my enough to get decent pain relief.

  • Comfortable

The material is neoprene -free and thinner than neoprene and is comfortable to wear here in Miami where it's humid. It took about a week to get use to the fit but the hinge seams to off load my knee when I walk. It does require occasional adjusting but not a big deal.
