Great product

I have chronic neck pain for degenerative wear and tear on my neck and have used this now for about a month. It has cleared up about 80% of the pain I had all around my neck and shoulders when I would work from my desk at home. It really covers the entire area and I just pop it back in my freezer to re-use again.
