McDavid 426
The McDavid 426 is a mid-level hinge knee brace designed to provide a moderate degree of protection with its simple design. It features 3/16 inch thick neoprene to maintain therapeutic warmth around the knee, and has a simple hinge design to help provide additional protection and support. The McDavid 426 design applies compression around the knee, and has a sewn in patella buttress to take the pressure off of the kneecap. This model can be used for general protection against injuries, and supplies therapeutic warmth for the knee.
