The MCdavid 422 Dual Disk hinged knee brace provides great protection for mild injuries and features covered polycentric hinges to replicate the natural joint motion better than other models.  The McDavid 422 is more of general multi-purpose brace that has a sewn in patella buttress to relieve pressure off of the kneecap.  It can be used on either knee and works well for recovery from minor injuries or for providing warmth to the joint.  The McDavid 422 features a slip-on design for providing a more secure fit.
