XS = Wrist Circumference 3.3 - 5.5" or 10 - 14 cm
Regular = Wrist Circumference 5.5 - 7.9" or 14 - 20 cm
Extra = Wrist Circumference 7.9 - 10.3" or 20 - 26 cm
Available Accessories: - This brace can be made into a Thumb Spica by adding the T-36 Thumb accessory. Must specify Left or Right Thumb.
Application Sequence: 
Laces and Velcro pads must be completely free. Slide on wrist like a glove. Make sure that the volar stay is well in place. Fit the size by moving the inside velcroed bar.
 Grab the large handle, pull it around the wrist and fasten it securely.
 Pull the strap between the thumb and the second finger and lock it firmly on the dorsal part of the hand.
