Active Wrap Knee The Active Wrap Knee is a versatile sport injury knee ice pack that supplies cold to the entire knee for effective relief of pain and inflammation associated with a variety of knee injuries. The plush support holds two large 9" x 6" gel inserts that are housed inside nylon covers that can be attached inside in any position for complete coverage of the knee joint. Active Wrap knee ice packs feature a gelatinous material which is specifically formulated to not push away from the area like with more generic alternatives. The material is vacuum packed for enhanced durability and can be repeatedly microwaved and re-frozen without splitting or cracking. Two 3" wide straps, made with PVC leather ends, are used to secure the knee ice pack in place around the knee. This model is one of the most versatile on the market and can be used for arthritis, strains and sprains, and post surgical knee surgery recovery. The Active Wrap Knee stays cold past twenty minutes and is designed to not aggravate nerve pain by maintaining a more consistent temperature between 40-50 degrees compared to colder models made from chemical formulated gels. For easier shuttling of gels, an optional recharge pack of two additional insert can be purchased to maintain proper coldness throughout the knee ice pack.
